Booking Questions
What is included in your Vegas VIP package, how booking works, cancellation policies, tipping, dress codes, age requirements, transportation, group bookings, and lead time — answered.
Every package includes table or booth reservations with guaranteed entry, dedicated VIP host service from booking through the end of the night, priority check-in, and on-site coordination. Specific perks depend on the venue and night — most nightclubs include bottle service, mixers, and a server for your table. Pool packages include cabana or daybed access with food and beverage minimums. Fight-week and concert packages include confirmed seating plus pre-event logistics. Your host will outline exactly what is included for your booking before you commit.
Submit an inquiry through any form on the site or message us directly. Your dedicated host reviews availability, recommends the best options for your group size and budget, and sends a confirmed quote. Once you approve the quote, a deposit secures the reservation. Your host then handles the venue side — table assignment, entry list, guest manifest — so all you need to do is show up. Expect check-in instructions 24-48 hours before your event.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event date receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the event forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. If the venue cancels the event, or if a comparable upgrade is unavailable on a sold-out night, your deposit is refunded in full. Weather-related cancellations for pool and outdoor venues follow venue-specific policy and are handled case-by-case.
Yes — date changes requested 7 or more days in advance are free, subject to availability on the new date. Changes within 7 days follow the same fee schedule as cancellations. Your host will always attempt to accommodate a swap before any deposit is forfeited. Group size changes that affect bottle minimums or pricing must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.
Tipping is customary and appreciated but never included in our pricing. For bottle service in nightclubs, plan on 15-20% of the pre-tax bottle total for the server, plus a tip for the security staff at the entrance (typically $20-50 per group). For transportation, 15-20% of the fare is standard. For pool and cabana service, tip the server directly at the end of the day. Your host will provide a recommended tip breakdown for your specific booking before the event.
Dress codes vary by venue. Most Las Vegas nightclubs enforce a strict dress code — no athletic wear, no sneakers, no ripped denim, no large bags. Collared shirts or dress shirts for men are appreciated but not always required; fitted dress shoes (no work boots or flip-flops) finish the look. Pool clubs are more relaxed but still expect fitted swimwear and a cover-up when entering indoor areas. Your host sends venue-specific dress code guidance with your confirmation.
All guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID. This applies to nightclubs, dayclubs, pool clubs, and lounge venues across Las Vegas — even during daytime hours. No exceptions. For concert and residency shows, the venue determines the minimum age (sometimes all-ages with a guardian, sometimes 21+). Your host will confirm the age policy for your specific event before booking.
A deposit (typically 30-50% of the package total) secures your reservation and is charged at booking. The remaining balance is due the day before your event and is settled through your host — most major cards are accepted. Bottle minimums and venue-imposed fees are itemized transparently before you commit. Service charges vary by venue and are not the same as tips; your host will outline every line item before final payment.
Yes. Stretch limousines, party buses, exotic cars, and helicopters can be added to any booking. Transportation is quoted separately from the venue package and typically includes a per-vehicle hour minimum. Pickup times and locations are coordinated through your host. For fight weeks and large event weekends, transportation should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
We regularly coordinate bookings from groups of 4 up to groups of 100-plus. Larger groups often span multiple tables or a roped-off section. For groups over 20 we typically arrange dedicated transportation, multi-venue itineraries, and a host on-site for the entire night. Bachelor, bachelorette, and corporate groups make up most of our large-format bookings. Reach out early — the larger the group, the more lead time we need for the best options.
Weekend nights at the top venues can sell out 2-4 weeks in advance, and major event weekends (UFC fight week, New Year's Eve, large concert residencies) often require 6-8 weeks. Weekday and off-peak bookings can usually be arranged with 3-7 days notice. The earlier you reach out, the more options your host has to offer — especially for the best tables, premium transportation, and multi-venue itineraries.
After booking, your host shares a direct contact number and email that works the day of your event. Pre-event communication goes through email and text. For urgent day-of issues, the direct line is monitored from mid-afternoon through the end of your event. If anything goes sideways — wrong table, late arrival, dress code question, transport no-show — your host is the first call.
